This bug was so bad that even after disabling Steam from starting up with Windows and rebooting my computer, my disk activity remained at 100% and my PC was impossibly slow. This, for whatever reason, resulted at my disk activity being stuck at 100% even though it wasn't doing anything from the looks of it. I was unable to pause the download and I couldn't exit Steam because it needed to stop the download first, which Steam wasn't able to do. Task Manager didn't actually show Steam or anything else taking up any disk usage, so it took me a while to narrow down the issue: my Hogwarts Legacy had tried to download an update of some kind and was stuck at "stopping download" at 99%. And no wonder, my disk activity was stuck at 100%! Bug DescriptionI started my PC up today and noticed that everything was very slow. ![]()
